Is it recommended to use hosts with AMD processors when deploying VMs within the rXg application?

For applications that process data packets like another rXg, 3rd party firewall, data planes, etc., the answer is no. In these cases ESXI would be the recommended virtualization solution. Alternatively, a host using Intel processors also works well.
For applications that are not processing data packets such as NVRs, Windows machines, etc. AMD processors work well.
