How often does the rXg check for a new license?

1. rXg performs a daily check-in with the license server.
2. 8 weeks from expiration, the rXg will set a flag that the license is getting close to expiration. If a new license is available, it will be received and applied automatically during the daily check-in.
3. If the license becomes expired, then the rXg requests one every 30 seconds (mainly to facilitate new rXgs that need their IUI uploaded and upon doing so the rXg wants to get a license ASAP).
